The generations on the road

The second generation, from 2017, is a seven-seat SUV in the full sense, with the i-Cockpit driving position and a finish above the segment average.

The third-row seats are removable, which is a real advantage over rivals where they only fold into the floor.

The first generation, a raised MPV, is still available cheaply but shares nothing but the name.

What to check

The quoted boot volume is for the five-seat configuration. With the third row up it drops sharply: measure against your real use rather than trusting the figure.

Test access to the third row and the folding mechanism of the second, which is heavily used and prone to wear.

On PureTech petrol engines with a wet cambelt, insist on the cambelt replacement invoice.

Count the Isofix mounting points if you carry several child seats.
